One 40 ft high-cube container is the practical minimum for ocean freight, and what a container holds depends on the model — a two-seat Heritage cart stacks very differently from a 17-seat Transit. Yes. Private-label bodywork, badging, upholstery, canopy colour and dash configuration are all available on the cart range at volume. Tell us the territory and annual quantity and we will scope what can be changed and what is fixed by the moulds.

Not automatically, and we will not tell you otherwise. The vehicles are built to Chinese and EU CE requirements; low-speed vehicle rules in the US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf differ by state and territory, and typically turn on lighting, mirrors, seat belts, VIN and a speed threshold. The lifted range runs up to 40 km/h and the cart range up to 25 km/h, both adjustable in the controller, which is usually the relevant lever. We will tell you what the vehicle has; homologation in your market is your responsibility.

Plan on production plus ocean freight. Production time depends on the configuration and the order book at the time; bodywork changes and private-label items extend it. We quote a date, not a range, once the specification is frozen.

Most models ship with deep-cycle maintenance-free lead-acid packs, which is what the published specifications describe. Lithium iron phosphate is available on parts of the range — the Hauler Compact is specified with a 48 V 150 Ah LiFePO4 pack with BMS, and the Transit Max with a 96 V 210 Ah pack. Lithium costs more up front and changes the kerb weight; ask and we will quote both.

Parts are the reason distributor relationships survive past the first container. Controllers, motors, chargers, body panels, glazing and wear items are all orderable against the model and the specification revision, which is why every model page here carries the full configuration sheet rather than a marketing summary.
